When dealing with my credit/debit card online. How safe is your shopping platform?

All orders are encrypted to ensure safe transmission to us. We use secure server software (SSL) to ensure your information is safe and cannot be read. Although we also use paypal who also have their own SSL and security mechanisms in place. 

I want to cancel an order I've just placed. What do I do?

You have a right to cancel your order placed with us until the goods have been packaged by us for dispatch. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately on 077312300. Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form on the website please. 

Which Credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address your credit card has on file for you as incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

All credit cards and cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses authorisation for payment of your order, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
